Brain training is an essential aspect to achieving ultimate physical fitness. CS2 is able to offer full bio-psychosocial assessments to evaluate current level of functioning and assess goals for optimal achievement.

Through the use of SMART goal setting, mindfulness techniques and elements of cognitive behavioral brain training, athletes are able to take their own data and evaluate feedback to further improve their cognitive functioning and performance.
